Nucleated

Posology and method of administration;
Doses can be calculated from natural

Adult doses 63ml orally of Nucleated
PHV-39 Solution should be given together with strong meal at night. After three
days, the same dose should be repeated. Then the patient should be given 63ml
of Nucleated PHV-39 Solution orally as maintaining dose at sixty days interval.
The patient should receive total of nine doses in each episode of
diseased. Occasionally during the
treatment, might need adjustable doses of 20ml between usual doses for overcome
acute bronchitis or acute diarrhea.
Children doses (Age 1-10) should be
given 2.5 to 25 ml of Nucleated PHV-39 Solution orally with the same interval
of the doses as adult doses. Adjustable dose of 1 to 10ml of Nucleated PHV-39
Solution should be given if necessary.
The doses should be administered
according weight of patient at age 0-1yr old, as 0.125ml per kg of standard
body weight.

Solution should be not alone, must added others drugs like antibiotics and
others drugs according a diseases.
SICKLE CELL DISEASE (SCD)
The usual oral dose of Nucleated
PHV-39 Solution in children of 1 to 10 yrs old age for treatment of SCD are,
2.5 to 25ml given as single dose at night with strong meal, then at second days
morning given 1 to 8ml diluted in drinking water divided in two same portion,
one in morning and other on evening, on three consecutive days. The same doses
should be repeated again after interval of 60 days. The patient should receive
a total of nine doses.
The doses of Nucleated PHV-39 Solution
should be adjusts according the age, as the child under 1yrs old should be
given 0.125 ml/kg body weight for un diluted and diluted Nucleated PHV-39
Solution doses.
Therapeutic dose in SCD achieved by
double usual normal dose of Nucleated PHV-39 Solution on managements of others
diseases.
Advice;
The treatment with Nucleated PHV-39
Solution should be not alone, must added others drugs like antibiotics and

The Nucleated PHV-39 Solution should
be administered together with antibiotic which indicated for treatment of
Urinary tract infections, Pneumonia, and diarrhea diseases.

Nucleated
PHV-39 Solution should be taken as single dose according severity condition of
a patient. As high severe condition of patient, should be given low doses of
Nucleated PHV-39 Solution or in divided doses on 24hrs.
Adult doses of
25 to 63ml should be given as single dose according severity condition of
patient.
Children doses
(Age 1-10) should be given 1.25 to 15ml of Nucleated PHV-39 Solution. And infant (0-1yr) should be given 0.125/kg
of body weight, but when the condition so severe the dose should be half of it.
Contraindications;
Nucleated
PHV-39 Solution is contraindicated to the patient with known hypersensitivity
to the Nucleated PHV-39 Solution.
Special warning and precautions for use;
During
treatment with Nucleated PHV-39 Solution, a patient should be taken frequently
meal and doing daily Endurance exercises of half an hour at evening.
Interaction with other medicinal products and other forms of
interaction;
Concomitant
administrations of Alcohol along with Nucleated PHV-39 Solution reduce
efficiency of the drug.
Pregnancy and lactation;
Nucleated
PHV-39 Solution is safe in pregnancy women and nursing women.
Effects on ability to drive and use machines;
