CLINICAL PARTICULAR; Therapeutic indications; Nucleated PHV-39 Solution is a broad spectrum antivirus drug, (directly viral RNA terminator, and indirectly viral DNA terminator), ant aging drug and human rebooting cells system category.
It indicated for treatment of viral infections, rebooting cells initiated organs and systems. Nucleated PHV-39 Solution used for the indirectly treatment of opportunistic infections by strength up immune status of patient. Also it used to treat condition of changed DNA chemicals isotopes entities to normal status of the human body natural chemicals isotopes.
Posology and method of administration; As directed by the Physician, or; HIV, CANCER, OSTEOPOROSIS, INFERTILITY, BENIGN PROSTATIC HYPERTROPHY (BPH), POLYCYSTIC OVARIAN SYNDROME (PCOS), PEPTIC ULCER (PU), CHRONIC DERMATITIS, STROKE, VENEREAL WARTS.
Adult dose starting with 50ml of Nucleated PHV-39 Solution orally with strong meal at night. After two days, the same dose should be repeated. Then the patient should given 50ml of Nucleated PHV39 Solution as maintaining dose at sixty days interval. The patient should receive total of nine doses in each episode of diseased. Occasionally during the treatment there need of adjustable doses of 20ml between usual doses for overcome acute bronchitis or acute diarrhoea.
Infant/children doses (Age 0-9) should given 2 to 20 ml of Nucleated PHV-39 Solution with the same interval of the doses as adult doses. Adjustable dose of 1 to 10 of Nucleated PHV-39 Solution should given if necessary. The doses should be administered according the age of patient.
Advice;
The treatment with Nucleated PHV-39 Solution should be not alone, must added others drugs like antibiotics and others drugs according a diseases.
SICKLE CELL DISEASE (SCD)
The usual oral dose of Nucleated PHV-39 Solution in children of 3 to 10 yrs old age for treatment of SCD are, 5 to 20ml given as single dose at night with strong meal, then at second days morning given 2 to 5ml diluted in drinking water twice a day in three consecutive days. The same doses should be repeated again after interval of 60 days. The patient should receive a total of nine doses.
The doses of Nucleated PHV-39 Solution should be adjusts according the age, as the child under 1yrs old should be given 0.5 ml of un diluted Nucleated PHV-39 Solution dose and in case of diluted should be 0.5ml of it given twice a day on three consecutive days, so each 1 yrs. of old age should be added 0.5ml of un diluted Nucleated PHV-39 Solution.
COVID-19 and its variant.
Adult dose; 50ml of Nucleated PHV-39 Solution orally at first day should be taken with strong meal, then the same dose should repeated after 72 hrs. Adjustable dose of 25ml should taken if there excessive dry cough at interval of 7 days of each until symptoms subside. Infant/children doses (Age 0-9) should given 1 to 20ml of Nucleated PHV-39 Solution. The doses should be administered according age, with the same interval of doses as adult doses. Adjustable dose of 0.5 to 10ml of Nucleated PHV-39 Solution should be applied according age if needed. The Nucleated PHV-39 Solution should be administered together with antibiotic which indicated for treatment of U.T.I, Pneumonia, and diarrhoea diseases.

Nucleated PHV-39 Solution should be taken as single dose according age of a patient. Adult dose starting 25 to 50ml given as single dose according severity of condition. And infant/ children (0- 9yr) should given 0.5 to 10ml of Nucleated PHV-39 Solution.
Contraindications;
Nucleated PHV-39 Solution is contraindicated to the patient with known hypersensitivity to the Nucleated PHV-39 Solution.
Special warning and precautions for use;
During treatment with Nucleated PHV-39 Solution, a patient should taken frequently meal and doing daily Endurance exercises of half an hour at evening.
Interaction with other medicinal products and other forms of interaction;
Concomitant administrations of Alcohol along with Nucleated PHV-39 Solution reduce efficiency of the drug.
Pregnancy and lactation;
Nucleated PHV-39 Solution is safe in pregnancy women and nursing women.
Effects on ability to drive and use machines;
No to drive or operating machinery when on treatment with Nucleated PHV-39 Solution otherwise you are allowed after proved by physician thus you are stable to do that.
Undesirable effects;
Generally Nucleated PHV-39 Solution is well tolerated in adults and children. Most side effects are mild and rarely no needs discontinuation of therapy. The most common adverse effects are headache, tiredness, nausea, abdomen pain and rarely adverse effects are dizziness, epidermal patch, itching, oedema, backache. Overdose;
Taken excessive amount six times more than actual dose may lead to hypoglycemia. In case of acute over dosage an intravascular line should be established with tonic bolus of dextrose. The patient with over dose should be observed and symptomatic and supportive treatment shall be given.
