CELL - MEDIATED IMMUNITY

The cell mediated immunity are group of different kinds of antibodies which progressively active by T-memory cells. The antibodies are essential particles which trigger up the body by deactivate DNA of pathogenic organism in the body's tissues. These antibodies pray the big roles in the  controlling the body according surroundings environmental as it  protect the body against pathogenic organism. when it lost by any factors, the pathogenic DNA in the body develop to organism and start to decompose the body during death and if there are minor cell- mediated immunity lost it can cause diseases like in HIV patients e.t.c. 

The antibodies primary came out from B lymphocytes and each of it produced in reasons of factors which differentiate from others and firstly get free from source left in a body tissues for finding pathogenic affinity, then if it interface with pathogenic object. B-Lymphocytes report to CD4 T cell for activation. After that find others affinity activated in form of adenine, guanine, thymine and uracil where T-memory cell produced which take over the process from CD4 Tcell and progressively manufacturing the same type of antibodies as those produced from the B-Lymphocytes according presence of the same pathogenic objects. The CD4 T cell after that forever can't produce these B-Lymphocytes of the same antibodies which progressively produced by T-memory cells, so it seems that primary manufacture of antibodies are from B-Lymphocytes where activated by CD4 T-cell and secondary are from T-memory cells, so cell-mediated immunity lost by destroys both CD4 T cells and T-memory cells where full brown AIDS  happens. From this phenomenal, the AIDS can be caused by several factors which destroys these body entities.
