Most of the people living with HIV/AIDS all over the world exposure on certain chemical compound either in food or as on drugs which at one side had killing effect on RNA of HIV, where leaving behind HIV DNA create new HIV RNA. So one victim of HIV/AIDS have several HIV types which produce time to time in life of victim.
The PHV vaccine destroy HIV strain of both DNA and RNA left behind of these all with only DNA. As that left DNA produce new RNA which would later start harm again the body of victim. So with serial repeating coses of PHV vaccine together we can eliminate the HIV on our world.
