African countries lay on ARVs to end up HIV/AIDS disaster

Its impossible in large scale to depend on ARVs for the sunction, as it destroy only RNA of virus left behind DNA still in victim. 

The ARVs stop or interfere and reduce HIV transmission from person to person. So the logic behind, are minimization of new case arise on a years. The plan meets many challenges on its way to targets goals and takes long duration to reach targeted goals. On that we believe no new case of HIV arise again but faced challenges make it difficult to reach some targeted goals. On other hand of DNA the victim of HIV later on dye without transmission of disease to others but contaminate the soil of the earth by un natural chemical elements of HIV such as diatomic Rubidium, diatomic strontium, diatomic yttrium which are un natural on earth's soils. These abnormal entities absorbed on plants RNA where creates virus again which affects plants only or with human.
N:B   The HIV/AIDS disaster resembles of that past viral disaster which killed all dinosaurs.

Solution;
I advice the world on eradication HIV/AIDS disaster should be lay on Plasmatic Human Virus (PHV) as vaccine which destroy these abnormal chemical entities both safely in human body and in earth's soils. The PHV vaccine destroy both RNA and DNA of HIV, so that is the only one remain solution on eradication of HIV/AIDS disaster on the world.
